Where do you get your B12? Empty Where do you get your B12?

I have been taking the TOP's nutritional yeast that I purchased at the Wholesome Living Store at Pandan Gardens. The ingredients lists "Vitamin B12" among other, but there is no mention of its percentage content or concentration in the whole weight. I am not even sure if the B12 they mention is the one that the human body can absorb.
