Advice for small web design business for split of monies..?

Hi guys/gals..

Im looking to start a web developing business. I have a programmer, a designer and myself – sales/marketing.

I’m struggling to find a fair good split of monies between us.

Originally it was 35% to programmer, 35% to designer, and 30% for me (sales n marketing.)

Would this be the best way forward?

Am i selling myself short or over selling the programmer and designer?

Any advice/pointers appreciated.
