Rising Fuel costs, what to do?

I am just curious what everyone is doing about the rising fuel costs? Is anyone raising their base price, adding a fuel charge by the hour, adding a flat fuel fee, or nothing? I am seeing my fuel bills get larger and larger with the same amount of driving. I am just looking for ideas on how to compensate for it and what do you tell the clients? Thanks for your replies.
