Does medicare cover reconstructive/ cosmetical surgeries?

I had an exploratory surgery 3 years ago and when they closed it, they used the less cosmetic method, because they said it would be easier to open it again in case they needed to, but now I have a big and ugly scar on my tummy, and it looks like if the scar is attached to the muscle, because i have some fat, and well it looks like if my stomach was split by two.. I guess the only way to make it look better is by another surgery, so do you know if medicare would cover it?
Also do you know how much would it cost aprox. and how much would medicare cover if it does?
