Is it okay to buy a display lawnmower?

I feel like i just got riped off. They were out of stock on that particular lawn mower and said i could buy the display, buy i didnt get any type of discount they sold it to me full price. Are there any problems a display could come across. I made sure to get the warranty and receipt though, im thinking about getting my money back.
