Have you used this?

Before I purchase a "High-end" Wacom tablet, I thought I would try-out an inexpensive one first... mostly, to see if I like the feel of the digital interface.
I know this is a cheap one but I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this tablet:

Is it any good?
Would this tablet be close to "the feel" of a Wacom tablet? (and I mean the actual Touch-feel-sensitivity)
Do they all feel the same?
Inquiring-minds want to know!
