How much gratuity do we need to pay movers? Empty How much gratuity do we need to pay movers?

My son's family is moving from south Georgia to Virginia. The company he works for is paying the moving company, but it says "gratuity not included." What would be "usual and customary" to pay each worker? There are 3 guys packing and unpacking.
