Broken Mobile home contract need help!!!?

I sold my trailer to a guy and signed a contract with him that said I had to pay rent through june an be out the begining of july. So I did and was out. He never put the house in his name and I'm still being charged rent (and didn't know) and now have to go to court for it. I called the guy and he said everything was taken care of and the house was moved. (It wasn't). Now he won't answer my calls anymore. What do I do? He also has the title.
